I cannot use my reservation this year, so I am willing to rent it out. I'm sure the resort is sold out at this point, so I can't change the dates, but I have a guaranteed lock-off 2 bedroom (for maximum flexibility and privacy) reserved at VWL from Wed, Dec 17, checking out on Tuesday Dec 23. Sleeps 8.
Since this is a 2 bedroom during the Christmas season, and there is no availability at the resort, I'd like $12 per point, $3000 for 250 points.

If you can't use the reservation, I would rent the 250 points for $10 per point. My use year is June, my home resort is VWL, so these points are usable until June 2004. Let me know if I can check availability for you for spring break 2004, for example.
