sorry if this is a completely obtuse question but i dont understand how blue lagoon can offer a dreams dinner....surely there is no view of dreams inside the blue lagoon restaurant
Hi nicola,
You don't watch Dreams from the restaurants - the Dreams Meals include a wristband which then allows access to a roped off area on Central Plaza, in front of the Dreams Control Centre building, facing the Castle, looking across the circle of Central Plaza.
You have to be at the VIP area at least 30 mins before Dreams begins.
It doesn't give the best view, but it does save having to wait for some time to secure a spot, especially if the park is busy. People with young children and buggies have said it was worth doing to have more space, as numbers are limited in this area.
Just to update -
One of our posters on the TA DLP forum has just booked Dreams meal for lunch in Walt's on November 11th, which is a National Holiday for Armistice Day.
They were told that from now on the Dreams meals will only be available at weekends, and maybe only for lunch, not dinner.
The children's menu is now 19.50 - was it 19.00 before?
We had this on Saturday at Walts (DH didn't want to do BL). We timed it just right and got a window table for the Cavalcade which was nice (although I am glad we also watched it from the street too because you don't see it as well).
I do have the new menu on my camera and will try and upload in the next day or so.
Have to say, we had a gorgeous meal - much nicer than June as there is a fair bit more choice. I am fairly sure the starters have changed too, and the desserts definitely have and are much nicer. In June the children had a different dessert to us - this time we all had the same (not sure what it was - sort of chocolate bombe with milk & white chocolate mousse inside, with a nutty base). Delicious meal in all.
