I ended up buying a $500 Disney gift card (only got the max $20 discount instead of $25, but they have limited Disney supply). TopCashback gives 2% on Raise and I paid with my Chase Freedom via PayPal for 5x points

Pleasant surprise, later today I received a notification TopCashBack was having a flash event today, my offer was $3 off if I spend $10. I was frustrated as I had already done the large transaction prior to activating that, but I see now that my $9.60 (2%) AND the $3.00 bonus tracked.

How does the PayPal CVS offer credit work? I paid for a $25 GC with the QR code this afternoon. The $25 transaction posted, but so far nothing about the $10 credit.

This was my first time paying with PayPal in-store. The cashier had a hard time scanning the code, but I think there was an issue with her gun.

Lesson learned today...always check your email and retrieve your egift cards as soon as they arrive!

I have a trip in 6 weeks...been busy with 5 kids and 4 of them playing baseball/softball and coaching 1 of them. Took advantage of the paypal/target promo at the end of August and bought $300 in Disney gift cards. Never checked my email for them until today...and they weren't there! My guess is it went to spam and got auto deleted after 30 days. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Target, talked to 3 different people and they were finally able to resend the email. I was so relieved!

You also don't want to leave egift cards in your email since thieves have been stealing them from inboxes. Krebs on security did a recent report on this.
