Wondering if anyone has any current suggestions for buying DGC that would save me more than 5% (Target Redcard)?

My cruise PIF date is tomorrow (9/2). We only booked last week so I haven't had a lot of time to collect gift cards like I did for our cruise last year. I've already gotten $3K with my Target Redcard (plus a Target Circle reward) with the 2% RTM cashback.

I've been through everything on page 1 a few times this week, plus looked at all of my credit card offerings. We aren't members of any any shopping warehouses, but right now it doesn't seem like any of those places would save more than the 5% I can get at Target?

We have almost $4k more to pay off and I can certainly at least save the 5% using Target. But anything that I'm missing?

I guess if you have Sam's Club membership or BJ's membership you can buy the discounted Disney gift cards there and pay with Mastercard gift cards bought at Staples with a Chase ink card for 5% off. But that might be a lot of work to do in 1 or 2 days.

Not really anything you can guarantee will be functioning in the next 24 hours. They should but sometimes stuff gets tripped up in the system and can take a few days to release (see the last batch of Costco gc). Personally I’d buy from Target but I would not buy more than I’m going to spend on other aspects of the trip in case the gc aren’t delivered on time or aren’t properly activated. Any amount over that I’d just put on a cc.

Yeah, I hadn't really thought about the possibilities that last minute cards might not come through on time. Target has always been reliably in my email within an hour. But it would be just my luck... I was able to get 3 more Target cards online today and will try to grab a couple more tomorrow.
