I have been doing great with my Mcdonalds challenge, and now I am challenging myself to 100 days of staying within WW points. I have 2 exceptions... this is my modification to make it work for me.... I think Dairy is very important, so I am making sure I get my milk servings in and I am not counting milk in the points. Also popcorn at the movie theatre is a "free" food. I rarely go out to theatres and it can not be the BIG bowl!!!

I did already eat a bunch this morning, but it is just after 9:30 am and I know I can do this! So, I will mark the foods I ate and I will make up for it the rest of the day.

And this is following the WW flex points plan, so by the end of the week, I can not be over the alloted flex points total. Make sense?

After I complete day 1 I can claim my new clippie... so here goes! :banana:
