Maybe it looks better in person, the model seems very interesting and attractive in a very moden style, but the real life photos make it seem kind of awkward. DR and I listed to the story this morning on NPR and the jounalist (can't think of her name right now) was practically gushing over the place. Apparently the accoustics are supposed to be fantastic - someone christened the lobby - a famous violinist who's name has escaped me as well and the sound was very nice. It was an interesting story. Lillian Disney wasn't happy with the original design and signed off all responsibility to her daughters about it as they liked Ghery's ideas.
