What are you giving to your spouse/SO this year?

The Ken Burns video about the Viet Nam War, a new desk chair and a floor mat to go under that chair. DD#2 got him a portable rollimg table so he can use his laptop from his recliner, and I got him a second floor mat to go under the table. DD#1 got him that Google thing, you know, "Hey, Google..." I don't know what it's called.

A new camera lense. A few months ago, my husband went with my daughter to a photo session and was drooling over the lense the photographer was using. He’s going to be so surprised!

It’s our first married Christmas! I got my DH a sound bar for the tv and had a friend buy a couple of Mickey rice crispy treats, one of his favorite snacks, for his stocking. :)

IPA’s, Steam Card for video games, cash in a card to put toward his weekend to visit friends in February, and tickets to see Less Than Jake (one of his all time favourite bands!).

He built a brand new gaming PC and put it all together without my ds13 knowing anything about it. So that will be unveiled Christmas morning. And while it’s a “family gift” , he and ds13 are the ones who will use it most.

We haven't exchanged Christmas gifts in ages, although today a USB portable vacuum cleaner was delivered that he informed me was my gift for the new car, along with a tire pressure gauge that he bought for himself because it was on sale for $7. I know, I know, we're really living large over here. Everybody please try to contain your jealousy! :rotfl:

Technically not my SO but it is my guy friend for the last 10 years (boyfriend sounds too odd at 60). We each get something small and then the next week go to a far away casino, gamble a little and have a nice lunch. I get him what he wants, fruitcake. He eats it all over the course of the week. He usually buys me something chocolate. Neither one of us are into jewelry or tools or anything like that so........we eat : )

A coffee grinder, a hufflepuff scarf (he's a proud hufflepuff :p) a book and £20 worth of old fashioned sweeties in his stocking. However because I live in the middle of nowhere, I wasn't able to get him coffee beans for his grinder as I left it too late to order online. So we'll get them in Glasgow when he's down in between Christmas and Hogmanay.

Main thing is cash for a membership to a club that has a laser. He goes all the time anyway, but is limited by their free hours.
He wants membership so he is a keyholder and can go whenever he wants.
Then just a couple little things.

We just made our house "smart" - Google home, light bulbs, the Nest, etc. That's our gift to each other.

We also had a baby in November so that counts too, right? :rolleyes1

So far a gun cleaning kit and maybe some carhart bibs? I don't know we don't usually give each other gifts but last year he surprised me with a kindle so now I feel like I have to do something equally as good lol. Bib's may not be it thou...... We just got new flooring in our house and new furniture but that's more for me than him so I would be fine if he didn't get me anything this year.

Hockey tickets for a game later in the season.

Plus socks and underwear. He won't buy those on his own and would wear the same raggedy ones until they fell apart.

We haven't exchanged Christmas gifts in several years, and I kind of miss it so we talked about it and decided to get a few things for each other this year. Nothing big. Just a few small things for under the tree to open Christmas morning. It used to be so hectic when we were shopping for our kids/grandkids and had our family celebration here at our house on Christmas Day. Sometimes we couldn't even find the time to sit down with each other to open our gifts until AFTER the holiday was over. It was kind of a bummer. Plus we almost always take a winter vacation so we decided to stop exchanging gifts and just put more money into the vacation. Or, we'd each take $100 and go to the mall together and buy what we wanted.

For the past few years our family Christmas has been on a day other than Christmas Day, and we just give small token gifts to the kids/grands and then cards with $$ inside instead. So now we have TIME to do some shopping for each other and TIME to sit down and enjoy opening gifts with each other so I'm really looking forward to that this year. I bought him a couple new shirts, sweatpants (he mentioned just the other day that he doesn't have any and wished he had a pair!), chocolates with bourbon, Isotoner slippers, and some toiletries.

Got everything wrapped and put under the tree yesterday while he was out. :)

We do not exchange gifts. We figure if we want something then buy it. We only purchase for the 2 sets of parents and our two kids. This year everyone got money.

DW refused to give me ideas, and I HATE when she does this.

So yesterday, I went to the local grocery store and bought her a $100 Disney gift card. We're "here now", just drove down last night and are staying through New Years. She loves to window shop but refuses to buy anything because she wants to save the money for the kids. I understand, as I'm the same way. I just have to make sure she uses the card for herself and not them.

I'll also stop at a local WaWa and buy her a few bags of Pumpkin Spice coffee grounds. If you don't know Wawa or have had their coffee, you don't know what you're missing. WaWa is a mid-Atlantic based convenience store (WaWa, Pennsylvania). We grew up with them, but they don't have any in GA. Over the past 5 years, they started opening locations in Florida, so when we come to WDW we get coffee.

We have a Disney trip in January, and I have booked 3 dessert parties, so that's his major gift. I also got him new PJs (Christmas Eve tradition) and The Nightmare Before Christmas version of The Munchkin game, since we are giving board games as a part of everyone's gift this year so that we all have more games to play while we are together.

I am getting a new Kindle Fire, and I saw two small jewelry boxes, so I am guessing a new Pandora charm and something else, maybe earrings.

bottle of Armani Profumo, a coordinated sweater/hat/scarf/glove from Express, a couple of video games (I can't remember which ones but a friend helped picked them out)
