What happens if ADR party size changes?

I have several ADRs for 5 people. If only 3 of us show up, are we charged $10 each for the other two? Or only if all of us are a no-show?

You'll only be charged if nobody shows up.

Nope, no problem at all as long as someone shows up!

We've had that happen with a smaller number showing up. I just let them know at check in. As long as someone shows up, there are no penalty charges.
