What is your Magic Kingdom "must-do"?

Okay...we all know that there are new attractions and restaurants that we plan special time for during our upcoming trips. But what are the attractions and dining stops that simply must be made in order for our trip to feel complete? What are these "evergreens"?

Maybe they are as old as the park or maybe they are only 2 years old. What matters is that it matters to you and your WDW trip would be missing something without it. (If you have a funny/touching story about your touchstone, let's hear about that too!)

Rank your top 3 attractions and dining experiences in this unsung category (Magic Kingdom only) and I promise to tally them every so often. I'll assign 3pts for a #1 listing, 2 for a #2, and 1 for a #3. I'll start off in the next post.

How do you define "Lesser" known attractions? Many of those given have fastpasses which seem to not be "lesser" known if they need a fastpass: I'd love to say Splash, Mickey's Philharmagic and Buzz but I'll go with:

1. TTA 2. Pirates 3. Goofy's barnstormer

Dining -- 1. dole whip float 2. Turkey leg 3. Mickey ice cream bars

How do you define "Lesser" known attractions?

I know, it's a tough one, right?

I guess I really mean to distinguish between the newest featured attractions (and restaurants) and those that have stood, and are standing, the tests of time.
