I give money instead of candy.
Usually 3 dollars if I don’t know them. Five dollars if I know them like a neighbor kids. Ten dollars if family.
I hope you get no more that 20 trick-or-treaters.

Raisins, pencils, and pennies if I run short. For some reason, a lot of kids skip my house…
And none of that crap from New England Confectionery Company: Necco wafers, Mary Janes, Bit o Honey, etc.

This year was one with the classic what days is Halloween? There is always someone who wants to move Halloween to Friday or Saturday, especially when it falls on Sunday.
