Since many of us have confessed that we don't plan our menus ahead (I, personally, am terrible in that department!!) I thought it might help to see what others are making in this dreary, cold time of year! (I tend to get stuck in a rut & serve the same things over & over unless I sit down & go through my recipes.)
How about sharing some of your favorite meals/main dishes that you've served (or plan to if you plan ahead ) this month?
Here are some of ours:
chicken pot pie (not individual pies - more like stew)
chicken pie
chicken chimichangas
chicken fried rice
sausage sandwiches (sweet Italian w/onions & peppers)
spaghetti with sausage in the sauce
shredded turkey sandwiches (hot)
pork & sauerkraut
chicken divan
chicken cordon bleu (easy, cheating method)
almond chicken with lemon sauce
meatball casserole
baked ham
Durban spiced chicken salad
"mega" eggs
cajun catfish
