What will Disney let you pay for next?

Once Genie+ and Lightning Lane has become a wild success, Disney will be motivated to have more microtransactions:

Access to the bathrooms
Charge to take the trams from the parking lots (staff will start parking cars from the back to the front)
A concierge service to book hard to obtain ADRs
Hotel rooms will only include the room, want bedsheets? Pillows? towels? Rental fee for those.
Pay to watch the TV in the hotel room
Pay to use the resort pools
Pay per ride like the old days, but now with dynamic pricing! Long standby line at 7DMT? Price goes up along with the price for a Lightning Lane pass!
Charge for onsite transportation
Digital badges for riding rides or paying for one of these microtransactions, show off how many times you have paid for Genie+! 100 times for Silver, 500 times for Gold, 1000 for the exclusive Platinum digital badge!
Pay for fireworks / shows, just like the after hours parties if you dont have a wristband you will be escorted out
Pay for the day shows like Indiana Jones, Frozen Ever After, Finding Nemo, etc - the best seats cost more
Standby seat, rent a portable chair so you can sit in the standby line
Pay for the best seat / area for the Cavalcade or Parades
Pay for drinking water
Pay to park at the parks even if you are staying onsite and paying to park there
Happy Birthday buttons, etc now cost $5 each
Park hopper early access, pay extra to park hop before 2pm
Upgraded Genie+ where you get to pick where you sit on the ride, no more requesting front row or back row for your favorite rollercoaster. You need to pay for that right

Lol, I could do this all night. Maybe I should email my ideas to Bob and Josh! ;)

Probably a transportation card like on the subway. The pass would be $20 per person for 7 days unlimited use of the bus, monorail, ferry or skyliner. If the bus stop gets crowed you can also purchase a front of the bus line pass for $5 per person from 10am-6pmand surge pricing before park open and after park close.

This will greatly improve your guest experience and add flexibility to vacation how you like to vacation. Resort guests staying at our deluxe hotels will get a complimentary slap in the face each day at 7am so you can experience even more magic.

I am thinking that when Character meals come back Di$ney will have you pony up and pay $50 for a 5-minute table visit, if you don't want to pay no problem, Characters off in the distance like they are now will be included with your overpriced Mickey Waffle.

Don't forget boys & girls you can pay extra to skip the line for the Skyliner & Monorail too, just $10 per person will get you front of the line access and for an extra $50 for a family of of up to 4 you can ride in the front of the Monorail. But wait, there's more! For only $200 you can boot everyone off the boat between the Poly, Grant, Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness and the Magic Kingdom! You get to ride it alone with your family (limited to 4 people) while those poor slobs you left back on the dock have to wait till the next boat... if they are lucky that is, because here comes Richie Rich walking up to dock now. Guess they will be waiting a while longer after all.

Don't worry all you Trader Sam's fans, there is fun for you too. Do you want to get into Trader Sam's but the line is 2-hours long? Bring your credit card because for $50 per person you can skip the line and walk right in and pick your own table and kick out that couple that waited 2-hours. Because that's the new Di$ney way, remember it's only the Happiest Place on Earth if you Pay for it! And just like Walt use to say, "It's all about the money." Oh wait maybe that was Bob Iger that said that, oh well it doesn't matter.

I'd say we shouldn't give them any ideas, but we all know we aren't going to come up with something they haven't already thought of.

I'm afraid they will soon try to monetize the ADR system. It's become so competitive and as there are already third party websites that assist in getting them for a fee, I expect Disney to try and get in on that somehow.

Wouldn't surprise me if they start charging for transportation to and from the parks (buses and Skyliner). Maybe a blanket surcharge for guests that don't have their own cars.
Or a surcharge if you want a blanket for your bed.

Pay for priority boarding on transportation.

For a “small” fee, you can reserve your place in the bus line and be sure to get on the first bus of the day without getting in line 45 minutes ahead of time. Bonus, you can schedule your bus times at 5:00 am each day! During non-peak times, you can board first and sit instead of stand. Surge pricing for park closing.

Lighting lanes for character meet and greets. Imagine they will bring back the dessert parties back at new inflated prices for the new fireworks shows at MK and Epcot. Instead of riding Frozen, ride Remy throw some cheese and macaroons out, some wine $250 per person.
