The only problem with this is how early do you need your Dole whip? I prefer to get mine in Adventureland above anywhere else in all of Disney.
So if it's a day when the park is open at 8 and you rope drop, you can do all of Adventureland and Frontierland (not including the raft over to Tom Sawyer) in no time and it's like a ghost town.
I don't really like eating sweets before 10 - 11. It's a gamble and something you should take into consideration.
