What's the telephone Number for Lowes first membership application ??

Every time I try to find the Lowes membership telephone number on these boards all I find is this........1-800-Loews-12, which is no good to me as here in England we just use numbers on our phones.

Does anyone have the number, I applied about 5 weeks ago but have heard nothing, do they send membership cards out of the USA ?
