I would guess that has some truth to it. But I just wonder HOW it happened. I would think it takes a big coordination effort to move an inmate, with lots of people involved. I would think someone would say "whoa, we can't do this."
They said due to his age and his reputation as a snitch he never should have gone in with the general population. It just seems a lot of people would have to "look the other way" so to speak in order for this to happen.
When I read about it I thought how did he get placed in general population with someone from Boston who has killed people who snitched before. He got killed within hours of being moved. Someone wanted him dead and had to tip off the guy who cut his tounge out.
