Planning on staying at PPH unless I find the xtra money for GCH.

We are planning on the whole family for our 20th anniversary and my grand daughter's 3 rd birthday. I was never able to take my 2 older children when they were young, so the trip is HUGE for me to have us all together. We are staying PPH with 2 teenage boys, and still deciding on which good neighbor hotel for my 2 older kids and spouses. We will be there the week of dec 16-21!!! Funny how the important dates in my life i want to celebrate at Disneyland......been planning on this since we found out we were going to be grandparents!

Woo hoo! So happy to see so many people going in December! I'll keep editing the original post to put everyone's dates. I've also added a section for meets. If you want to plan a meet in December, let me know and I'll add it to the list.

Awesome! We're actually doing something similar. My kids and I have gone to DLR many, many times. This will be the first time I'll be taking my MOM and possibly my grandson.

We'd love to stay onsite too, but just can't swing it. I found a FANTASTIC rate at Carousel ($89/night), so we're going to give it a try.

We stayed there for a Thanksgiving trip in 2007. It was SO convenient and clean. One word of advise - try not to get a room near the pool (they don't enforce pool hours) and if you can, get a second floor room. It's a bit quieter.

We are going 11/24 through 12/1 at the HOJO. Booked early and got an Entertainment rate and because the 24th is not a retro rate we can cancel our reservations up to 48 hours in advance. So we are not stuck at this point with paying a one nights rate if we cancel. I know our dates are not exactly December but it is after Thanksgiving so Christmas will be in full swing. Can't wait!!!

I officially booked DLH! Woohoo. I have been dreaming of staying on property forever. My girls are going to be almost 7 and almost 3 when we go. I am not going to tell them until I pick my daughter up from school on the day we leave. I am hoping we can fly even though we are only a 6 hour drive. Adds to the excitement, as they have never been on an airplane before. Can't wait!

Fun! It'll be crowded, but your hotel is right across the street. Nice access!
