WoC day and a little bit more with lots of pics. 7/22-7/23 FINISHED 8/11

The next morning we got up relatively early. Today we just walked to the parks because we didn't want to pay for another ART pass since we were only going to be there for the morning. We got to DL and I got Indy FP and met my mom at Matterhorn. The FL side had a signficantly shorter line so we rode on that side!

Following that we went and rode Pinocchio which I hadn't ridden in a while because it's not at WDW. I like this ride and I also like how it rarely has a long line!

We trekked up to Toontown to try and ride Roger Rabbit but it was closed. I did get some Toontown pics though!

Thought I'd just finish this up. After no Roger Rabbit, we just walked back and checked out the line for Nemo. Fortunately, it was only about 20 min so we waited. I also grabbed Space FP just in case we made it over there again. We found Nemo!

At the exit I got this nice shot of the Matterhorn

Then we went over to Indy to use our FP....nope, still closed. So we rode BTMRR again. Then we took the Train from NOS to Toontown to try and ride Roger Rabbit again.

Unfortunately, this was the closest I got to Splash Mountain on this trip.

Yay! Roger Rabbit was open! The sign said 5 min wait, but in fact it was 20-25. Oh well; it was still a fun ride!

Since we wanted to get going on the road, we ended up giving away our Indy and Space FP to a nice couple. Judging by their accents, they were from England and they were very grateful. Anyway, that concludes this trip. And since I'll be living in So. Cal in less than a week (crazy), I will be visiting DLR so much! Thanks for reading!

Aw, thanks for another great report with lots of fun pics! I especially liked that photo of the bubbles in the sub window. I could almost hear that bubbly sound...and feel the cool air on my chin. (I used to always shove my face into the window as far as it would go when I was little...not so much anymore. ) Good luck with school and have fun with your many DL trips ahead.

Looks like a fun trip with some great pics.....Wasn't the World of Color show amazing?!!! I wish we could have done it more than once on our trip...it was that good!!

I'm glad to hear World of Color was amazing. The more good things I read, the more excited I get! Not really sure I understand the whole point of Glow Fest, but your pictures make it look fun and colorful, so I'll have to check that out anyway. Hope you have fun at USC! It's a great school, though WRIT140 is kind of awful.. But anyway, fight on!
