Can’t speak for WOC but the Fantasmic Dessert Party (RIP) was at one point buffet style.I’m just curious, has WOC DP ever been buffet style like the one at Magic Kingdom? Or has it always been plated?
Is this for the 8pm reservation?
And thank you for the review. Hope you guys had a good time.
All the reviews I’ve read from the past have said 1 plate per person. I guess it never hurts to ask if there are any extras, but I would not count on this going in.I’m just curious, has WOC DP ever been buffet style like the one at Magic Kingdom? Or has it always been plated? Can you ask for more items? Or it’s a one plate all around. Just wondering because someone in our party probably would only eat the cheesecake on the plate

Same with the princess breakfast. The parents should be less since they don’t get all the “souvenirs.”I know they had a glow cup at least five years ago (maybe four years ago) because I was considering taking my son. And then I didn’t and I remember seeing that they went away. Honestly the value isn’t great for the kids! They should cost less since they aren’t consuming alcohol and don’t get anything in its place.
I wish they have alcohol vs no alcohol pricing. Alcohol makes me sleepy so it would not be smart for me to drink during a showSame with the princess breakfast. The parents should be less since they don’t get all the “souvenirs.”
The e-mail I got regarding WOC allergies said you could get a fruit & cheese plate for allergies or the regular plate. In this post above she didn’t even get cheese on her allergy plate. This is probably a silly question about a dessert party, but we are all about the seating and not being crammed together. So one of our party is a diabetic, do they have any sugar free dessert options. I mean of course the cheese and a little fruit is fine, but it would be nice if you could make that request, if available. I know they accommodate allergies, so maybe?
That's adorable! I hope they have them for a while. What is considered a kid? My dd is 11, I wonder if she can have one. Here is a screen shot of the kids sipper. Hopefully it lasts as a permanent option for kids.
I would hope that since the cost is the same regardless of age, that they would give your dd one. That's adorable! I hope they have them for a while. What is considered a kid? My dd is 11, I wonder if she can have one.
Same! I have a 9 and a 12 year old, going next month. Obviously 12 year old is booked as an adult but would love the light up sipper, especially if her sister gets oneThat's adorable! I hope they have them for a while. What is considered a kid? My dd is 11, I wonder if she can have one.

I don't believe the WOC DP has ever been buffet. Every time we've done the DP, there has been 1 plate per person. They used to have containers for you to take any extra dessert items with you. It is fine to bring in food items purchased elsewhere. We've seen people bring in cookies, candy, and corn dogs to supplement the dessert plate.I’m just curious, has WOC DP ever been buffet style like the one at Magic Kingdom? You could also consider showing up to check in and get your table. Once you have your wristbands, most of your party could leave the area and return before show start.Reading through the thread, so if I'm understanding, you check in, get a wristband. Then they let you in the area with the tables, but don't escort you to a table? I would have thought with the varying party sizes, they would need to do so.
I will have a party of 5, 2 adults 3 young kids. If we show up at ~ 830, to check in, is there an issue with getting a table together? Not having to line up 1.5 hours before show is one big reason I'm doing dessert party. (And seats of course, at my age getting up and down from the ground is harder!!)
I was hoping most of the early birds would have been seated by then, and we would have minimal wait, could sit, get our desserts, and be eating during the show.
If it is like other dining it should be at 6am Pacific. The first day they dropped later around 8am and they were using a virtual waiting room but maybe that was just for the first day.Anyone know about what time they have been releasing the ability to book the dessert package?
I think there could be a possibility that you aren’t able to sit together if you show up that late. But hopefully not.
