Would like to rent pts for a studio stay in June--am I dreaming?

My next trip I need high speed internet, and my choice of resorts are limited. As a last ditch effort before going offsite I thought I would check here.

I will check in June 19-24th, at this point not choosy about resort as long as it has high speed. Any chance? What would your terms be?
