We went to the annual pass preview on Sunday Feb 4. Supposedly the entire park is mainstream access as far as wheelchairs and the otherwise disabled are concerned. We were even told there were no Guest Assistance Passes but we saw people with them. From the wheelchair point of view, this park was some great things and some problems. The grizzly raft ride has a pull out to allow disabled guests the time they need to board the raft. This causes longer waits like at the Animal kingdom safari. California Screamin' allows one party at a time which can lead to congestion at the loading dock causing longer wait time for the disabled, but they have a car with a transfer seat and they can delay leaving the loading zone for a few more seconds than normal. We spoke to a number of people and basically got the standard disney answer: The park is mainstreamed, we are working out the kinks, that is just the way it is. Needless to say, the park is mainstream but still needs a lot of work to make it truly equal 'accessible' access. Other than that, the park is truly remarkable. If you have any specific questions as far as wheelchair access fire away.
