yacht & beach club reception - how many people can sit at one table?

We are trying to cut down the cost of centerpieces so the less tables the better. We are looking at one of the ballrooms or one of the Ausbury halls. Anyone know from experience how many people max can be at one table? Thanks!

They don't really like to put more than 10 people at a round table. You could do long Roman-style tables too. Either way, a great way to cut costs is to have two kinds of centerpieces - one elaborate and one cheap. This would look especially cool on a Roman table b/c you could alternate them, but it is also often done with round tables - some have big centerpieces and some have small.
