You'll never believe what today is at our house-1/9/04

Today is an anniversary for my husband and I. We both began following the Atkins way of eating on 1/9/03. One whole year ago. Neither of us has eaten flour or sugar since then.

The funny thing is that we don't miss it one bit. We don't even want it anymore. No cravings at all.

I love our way of eating. Works for <i>us</i> anyway I can't believe we've been eating this way for a whole year already. It doesn't seem that long to me.

Boy, that no sugar for one year....that's a tough one. I usually have a little something about every 5 or 6 weeks. But I guess that's better than the daily doses I was getting
