Teresa started a war with me as to who could or was psoting more. She is ahead at this minute, but I am working!! And 30 or so pages behind. So I am really ahead of her if you act like I posted to 1/2 the posts here. Got my thinking?!

But you notice... ReR & PD are up there toward the top. So not only am I staying ahead of T, We are trying to catch you 2 and then VA & Mary. Not to worried about DU since his laptop is still out of commission. Trying to drag Kelly and Jaqueline along to overcome Teresa, but who knows.

We have told our kids that as soon as they turn 18 they will come home and find their stuff on the front lawn, locks changed and their room fixed up to meet our standards

MY bil moved from Maine and stayed with us for a few months and then moved to Or. Well he met a woman online and has been chatting with her for about 8 months now and guess where she lives?? Right here in MI.. About 15 minutes from my house. I already asked him when he was moving back in with me?

One of my friends lived in Alaska, met her husband online, got married, live in Ohio and have 4 girls, all 7 & under. It becomes a small world that way!

Not much sleep here in this household.
Mood is swinging so when I woke up crying in pain over my shoulders (gotta hate those stupid joints) I kept crying over a movie we watched on FRIDAY. anyone ever see "8 Below" Had me sobbing during entire movie and even during church yesterday.

I want to see that movie too!

Ben turned 20 in December. So the keys are the same (would be a little over the top eh?) BUT yes John turned his room into his office for when he works outta the home on his own business and when he needs to develop new course material.

You shoulda seen his face when he came home over Christmas and John told him he had to pack up ALL of his "lil peeps books" and the rest of his crap. Not so bad until John said "YOU HAVE TO KEEP THIS ROOM CLEAN WHILE YOU ARE HOME"

I love the fact that whenever I see your avitar & green then that gorgeous green-haired babe I will see one of the nicknames we use for our Emily. EM, M, EMMY, M-Y is another well used one around here.

I used to make her play on the floor in the living room during the late afternoon so that if she drifted off to sleep I could run out and shake her cause if she slept even for 15 minutes bedtime would NEVER happen.

My DD asks what time we are going to bed, especially daddy, so that she can get back up and watch TV for hours after we are asleep!! got it taken away for not getting up happily for big brother yesterday! And for telling me she was seeing why the light was on when I got home Monday night at 9.To bad the TV being on and her the only one out there blew that out of the water! (and it being on the toon channel!)

Just got back from parent teacher conferences with Nick.. He is doing so much better. I got done and had to stop back in the office to sign out (we have lock down on all our doors at school and you have to be buzzed in to get in the school) and of course the principal was there and she had to talk to me about Anthony.. It was for once a great talk. That is unusual for him... Today was an all around good day for us at school!! Anthony has a half a day today so dh is taking the boys to the rink to skate and I guess Em and I will go shopping. I have a baby shower on the 28th and my nephew's bday is Friday... I have a hard time buying stuff that is on a baby registry especially with the first time parents.. My cousin is asking for a potty seat. Ok the kid isn't even born yet and by the time he needs it they will have like 5 new kinds by then. Oh well I will buy what I want... I like to get practical things like diapers and wipes... Stuff they will actually use..

I make up baskets with Diapers, Wipes, some baby cereal & 1 stage food, juice, bibs, some Zweeback cookies and little things like that - usually is a big hit with the MtB

Almost forget to mention it, but....... I got my baggalleni in the mail yesterday. LOVE IT! It's black, can't wait to use it. It's currently housing my brand new passporter!

I like the Movies Hotel alot it seems like one I would enjoy alot...only reason its not on the list is it doesnt have a pool slide - ds7 is a slide nut!!! (And I am a nut for how tired he gets doing it over and over.

Isn't water and what it does to & for our kids the greatest thing! And so special for us to have that quiet time before the is it dawn yet wake up time!!

Here's one for both sides...

A lawyer and a blonde are sitting next to each other on a long flight from LA to NY. The lawyer leans over to her and asks if she would like to play a fun game. The blonde just wants to take a nap, so she politely declines and rolls over to the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists and explains that the game is really easy and a lot of fun. He explains "I ask you a question, and if you don't know the answer, you pay me $5, and visa-versa." Again, she politely declines and tries to get some sleep.

The lawyer, now some what agitated, says, "Okay, if you don't know the answer you pay me $5, and if I don't know the answer, I will pay you $50!" figuring that since she is a blonde that he will easily win the match. This catches the blonde's attention and, figuring that there will be no end to this torment unless she plays, agrees to the game.

The lawyer asks the first question. "What's the distance from the earth to the moon?" The blonde doesn't say a word, reaches in to her purse, pulls out a $5 bill and hands it to the lawyer. Now, it's the blonde's turn. She asks the lawyer: "What goes up a hill with three legs, and comes down with four?" The lawyer looks at her with a puzzled look. He takes out his laptop computer and searches all his references. He taps into the Airphone with his modem and searches the Net and the Library of Congress. Frustrated, he sends e-mails to all his coworkers and friends. All to no avail.

After over an hour, he wakes the blonde and hands her $50. The blonde politely takes the $50 and turns away to get back to sleep. The lawyer, who is more than a little miffed, wakes the blonde and asks, "Well, so what IS the answer!?" Without a word, the blonde reaches into her purse, hands the lawyer $5, and goes back to sleep.
