Umm...I used to think I would be done. Then I had my interview for admission into the teaching program. My advisor said I would be in school for pretty much my entire teaching career.

It's a good thing I am a nerd.

Where in NorCal do you live? My MIL lives in Elk Grove. We are actually heading there this week to pick her up to head to San Diego. I hope that Donner's pass stays clear.

We live in Eastern Contra Costa County, which is the far east SF Bay Area.


Well, I can't speak for Becci, but I'd love to meet your little guy! I still haven't checked Ruben's schedule yet, but I'll PM Becci and see if she really wants to meet up and when. (If she's got the competition thingy going on, we might have to work around that)


I would love to meet you and your little guy! I don't know when we will get her actual competition times. I only know she competes once on Saturday and once on Sunday. These organizations like to keep you waiting forever!

Steph's had a big fence around hers, to either protect it from her children or pets. I can't remember now. Anyways, someone made some comment about it being in bondage, jail or something to that effect.

So now she has a reputation.
