I am still getting over the trip. I worked 34 hours the last three days, so this is my first day I felt I could really read what you all have been writing.
I feel, perhaps I have skimmed too much. SO missing out. Bummer.
I could never run a 5 K, but depending on life, could easily do a 5 K walking. I've been back in the pool getting ready for my next shared sprint triathalon. I hope to do one in 2010 by myself. I'd have to walk the run, but the swim will be easy peasy, and the bike doable if I get into shape again. My hips were so sore after 3 days at DL, I'm not sure. Oww!! I guess it is because I am old.
Not certain I can plan another DL without the family, but will think about Labor day.

I am still feeling run down and have the occasional hard cough. I'm just glad I took the rest of the week off...Of course I've yet to do anything I planned to do 
but that's what the weekend is for, right?
