Thanks for the information about the campfire.
It was more of an if we catch it, fine, if we don't, no biggie non plan, anyway.
I guess it says more about our park touring styles that in 4 trips to the World (and the newbie vibe is just now starting to wear off), we've yet to catch this, and I know the kidlet would enjoy it. But she doesn't have her heart set on it, so we're good.
We actually have two dinner ressies for Trail's End that night after our Animal Kingdom day. I'm still trying to work out which one works out better for our plans and gives us more time to make it a leisurely adventure, haha. When I figure it out, I'll cancel the other one. They're only about an hour apart anyway. I'm leaning toward keeping the later one, and if we happen to find ourselves at FW earlier, just seeing if they can accommodate us at the check-in desk.
Even with Animal Kingdom being open a little later, I don't see us closing down the park. I can easily see us getting everything we want to do finished and heading back to the BC a couple hours before closing time.
Regarding Trails End and FW, we thought about walking out to see the horses before or after our reservation. They do allow this, right?
Either way, we won't be in any particular hurry, so getting back to the BC at a certain hour is not a priority. We'd like to take a little evening swim, watch the movie on the beach, but this is one of our whatever goes days.
You guys are such a friendly, helpful bunch.
Love this thread.
It's part of the reason I'm not only just a Disney addict now, lol, but also a frequent lurker here at the DISboards. I have to get my daily fix.
