Disney's ALL-STAR MUSIC RESORT Family Suites Information & Questions

Jumping in... Busses to MK from the resorts DO NOT drop off at TCC. They drop off at the bus depot. You then walk to the security area/bag check. Super easy.

Just reread my post. thiabell is correct the busses to MK do not drop off at TTC. That is why we only take the busses to MK and prefer to drive to the other parks. Sorry.

[GALLERY=][/GALLERY] Had booked a stay for cbr which we have been to many times and love, but this trip it will be myself, my daughter and 2 year old granddaughter plus a friend all in 1 room, so thought that a suite would be much better this time around. I have also stayed at okw in a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom on previous trips but cost is a factor this time. So never imagining all star music resort, saw it was available with our uoc , changed and have this booked now. Happy to read some positive reviews as I was a little worried, this is a 1st stay at a value resort. Now Im looking forward to checking this resort out, I may miss a few perks with the mods or deluxe we have stayed in but am happy to have more room and at a lot lower of a cost. Its Disney so Im sure we are gonna love it!

Does the fold outs have the sheets already on them the first day?

Do you make up the fold up beds or let the housekeeper do them each day ?

Does housekeeper fold up the beds each day? Or leave them out flat?

The fold outs do already have sheets on them the first day. We folded up the couch each morning to sit and have room to move. My 4 year old slept on the fold out ottoman and we left it out flat a couple of times. Our housekeeper made it up, but left it out flat on those occasions but she moved it to a better spot than we had it! She also put my son's stuffed toys in bed for him, he loved it.

Yea all the fold outs have sheets and blankets on theme and pellews tucked away in it also Calypso is my family's favorite. We are a family of 6 and we have stayed for 18 nights one year and didn't feel like we where ontop of each other at all lots and lots of room for the price

Hello All Star Music fans!!!
Looks like we will be joining ASMu for FD this year!
We needed a room for 5 and a suite is what was available for us!

This is the only All Star resort that we have never stayed at so that is exciting!

My only concern is the pull our furniture for our party.

This is a ladies trip, celebrating my sweet 82 year old mama that has never been to Disney before!

It will be me (56), my daughters (26 & 37), my sister (49) and my sweet mama (82).

Are these going to even be the least bit comfy for 3 of us???
Please be honest so I can move us if we need to.

I would love to hear from any adult that has attempted to sleep on the pull out furniture in the living area.

Thank you so much!

I think the pull outs are pretty comfortable. However no way I would put my mom on one.

I wouldn't either. LOL
Eventhough my mom plays on the floor with her dog all the time, I would think it would be me, my sister and my daughter.
My sister and daughter and a pretty normal size. My oldest daughter and myself are a little fluffy and my mom is tiny but I still would never expect her to sleep on a fold out.

Keep in mind that 2 of the fold outs are twin sized. And the other is a double. I shared the double with one of my nieces, but I'm not sure how 2 adults would do on it.

You'll be fine. We were there with our 3 sons (6'2",6' and 6' at the time). My husband and I had the queen in the bedroom and the boys figured out the beds in the other room. They were fine and no one complained that the beds were uncomfortable. Put the two who will share a bed in the queen in their own room and toss for the beds in the livingroom or rotate so everyone gets a night on the double bed.

They must be made of some tough stuff, as there is a metal frame that runs all the way around on the double fold out. I can't imagine being tall enough that your feet were going off, and having to feel that frame pushing into your ankles. It made it a challenge to roll out of bed in the morning!

The two shorter ones ( at the time they were now 6'5",6'3'') sleep sort of curled up anyway so the didn't have an issue. I they had they would have wanted to sleep on the floor (ick)
