It is completely up to you. What I have done in the past is get the kids individual things, and then a cabin gift for everyone...but that's just me. If there were no kids in a cabin, then I just gave a cabin gift. There is no right or wrong, just have fun with it!

Is anyone visiting WDW before or after the cruise?? We're flying into Sarasota on Saturday to visit family for a bit, then driving to WDW Sunday to spend the night at Saratoga Springs DVC villa. No trips to the parks planned, I think we'll just hang out at Disney Springs for the day! Then drive to port Monday morning for our cruise!!

After the cruise, we're driving back to Sarasota for more family visiting, but then Friday evening we're driving back to WDW to attend the DVC night at Magic Kingdom! My sis-in-law, Kathleen has never been to WDW, so it'll be a special treat for her! Then its back to Sarasota were we fly out of Saturday morning

Here's a tip for all the first time Disney Cruisers! To get power in your cabin, there's a card slot next to the door where you insert a credit card sized card. DCL recommends you use your cabin key card aka, Key To The World (KTTW) card...which is fine...until you walk out of your cabin with out it!

To prevent this from happening, we use an old KTTW card (entry ticket card to WDW or Disneyland). I glue a small magnet on the back so when we leave the cabin, we just slide the card out of the slot and place it on the wall above the card slot! Any credit card sized card will work.

42 days to go!!!

Here's another tip for First Time Cruisers who like frosty fruity adult beverages! There is always a Drink Of The Day at a reduced price, and it comes in a DCL plastic glass...purchase the glass, carry it around with you or take it to the bars, and most of your drinks are available at reduced price. There is also a beer mug/coin program that is much the same...I think the mug is a 20oz mug and you get 20oz for the price of 16oz.
