ROFR Thread April - June 2017 *PLEASE SEE FIRST POST FOR INSTRUCTIONS & FORMATTING TOOL*

So, I have not been on this thread for awhile. Last 3 add ons have been direct. And, in fact, we were planning to buy Copper Creek direct this time but the cost!!! We could get 65 CCV direct or 150 resale. So we started watching the resales again and made an offer today. It's 150 points at HHI with June UY. It has all 2017 points and forward. It was listed at $64, offered $59 and settled on $61. We pay 2017 MF and the CC. Overpaying a tad but it's chump change compared to the $176 price tag we were considering.

Husband is out of town so we will send back the signed docs and deposit on Friday. Then it's off to ROFR.

What's this about ROFR taking 2 weeks? It was 30+ days the last time I was in ROFR.

Well we sent back docs on Friday and I was surprised to get an e-mail today, Sunday and Easter, that it was sent to ROFR today. Very pleased!!

You know my theory on VGF and them gearing up to start massive buybacks on them in the coming year once Poly is getting closer and closer to sold out. We'll see if I'm right or not in the next 12 months...

Maybe we'll be saying that it all started with that one buyback.

Good Luck to you! I saw this one when it was listed NEW at $130 a point. This is the first resale contract we tried to buy and made an offer at $110 and they responded with full price counter offer. We passed on it. A little over a week later it drops to $118. We already own BLT, just wanted to add on to stay bigger. Oh well, we made another offer on BCV on a different resale site and it was accepted. We decided it would be nice to have an 11-month booking window at another resort. I'm just waiting for the sellers to sign the contract to go to ROFR.

Great contract. I was watching that one. I am contemplating an add on at HHI. But trying to resist.

Our other HHI is in our Aug UY but we couldn't resist this one and there are no Aug HHI out there right now. Like that this one has 2017 points. We will have a combined 275 at HHI now. We did a 3BR GV there over New Year's and bam, we needed more points there.

Only 3 more weeks to go... Just kidding I'd send a quick note to your broker if you don't hear back by the end of the week just to make sure they're on top of things. Good luck!
