Just got word that Disney Passed on our contract!!! Whooohooo I'm so excited! Now I have to figure out how we want to use the 200 banked points from 2016 and remember to bank the 2017 points!

So it was sent on 5/8 and passed on 5/19.

Our Jun UY SSR just passed this week. It was 0 pts.until Jun '18 however.

uh... we are at the 23 day mark for an Oct UY for Saratoga points... getting slightly nervous now that we are past the 21 day "usual" mark . on the bright side, took forever to convince DH to do this...but now that we took the plunge...he is ready to buy, buy , buy.

After my lamenting in this thread yesterday that my offers this week had all been rejected by sellers, one of them fell through with their buyer and came back to me!

The timing of this post and contract details sound much like a contract I bid on and seller agreed to on Wed. Can I ask what broker you used or if someone contacted you based on your post? Seller suddenly backed out and said they were going to pull off the market, and we are wondering what happened. I don't post on this particular board normally but was hoping to post the exact line you had above yesterday, including all numbers.

Sorry if I'm being a pain, I just came on here to check recent rofr numbers now that I had to look at other contracts, and couldn't believe what I saw.

We should be hearing back from ROFR any day now on our AKL contract. This BWV pairs with it --same use year-- and would complete our initial entry into the DVC

BWV (200 pts) is our favorite -- and AKL (160 pts) we really like, cheaper, and also has longer timeline. Wanted multiple contracts to be able to partially sell if needed, and like the AKL timeline to eventually pass down to kids.

Bummer ! Keep looking as those of us at BLT think it is the best ! Though they have taken BLT contracts at 117 pp once you get close to 120 and over they generally pass on it (that being said you never know with the mouse!)
