After making offers on several contracts that all sold super fast I was finally offered Animal Kingdom 100 point contract by fidelity, so far everything has been completed very quickly despite us being in the U.K. We bought a SS contract in 2015 which took nearly two months before it was sent ROFR. Very impressed with Fidelity. Now the wait begins.

Originally it was said it was being sent 5/23 but actually went 5/30. Continues on with the recent trend of quick turn arounds luckily!

We were still counting and here it passed 5/30. Somehow wound up in our junk mail! Best junk mail ever!!!! Happy to add BWV to our AKV and SSR points.

I have an offer in at Fidelity, but the seller there mysteriously has not answered any of the broker's attempts to contact them, so we're in a holding pattern until something else comes up or they respond. Seems the universe just doesn't want us to be DVC members!

Actually, it was Fidelity as well. We've come full-circle with them, since we bought our original 300 AKL points from them a few years back at $65/pt...the good old days :p

Thank you! I reeeeeeeealllllly hope it passes! (I know that's not a unique sentiment when waiting on ROFR of course ;))

Though I've been going to Disney consistently for years I hadn't stayed on property until just last month. I had pretty much already decided on DVC membership, but it sealed the deal. My best friend and I live across the country from one another, but have toddlers similar in age, and I think we'll be doing yearly Disney trips for many years to come. On top of that, I pretty regularly have conferences in Orlando - bonus!! I'm a true Disney convert, and am so happy to be a part of this community of people who loves the magic as much as we do!
