I know that is what your broker said about it on the blog, but without 2017 or 2018 points, if you consider time value of money, you would've paid more than $102pp had it gone through. I know they just filled a lot of June wait lists, so we shall see if they keep it up or move onto other UY's. Remember that if you bought June UY points from Disney prior to June 1st for ANY resort, then you'd get 2016 and 2017 points. Now, you can only get 2017 points onwards. Again, only time will tell. We do all this theorizing, and then they'll do something to totally throw us off!

It was still an amazing deal, so I'm bummed it didn't make it through for you.

And yeah, I thought the same thing when I first saw it.

I had an accepted contract yesterday via a different broker (same exact deal - $128/pt for 150pts) - but the broker missed/misspoke about the fact that there were zero points until 2019 (when I was under the impression there were points available for 2018). Glad I caught it before I signed the contract/sent deposit though!

I was wondering if they couldn't/ didn't pay the mf and had to cover those?
