Hey! Just a quick ask: have you gotten anything via email from Bonnie? I had called and spoke to her in person, and she said I passed, we cheered about it together, and she detailed the next steps... but I haven't gotten anything in my email from her. I'm wondering if others have? It's starting to feel less real because I don't have a paper trail Should I call her, or is that completely normal?

She had emailed me to tell me that I passed ROFR; and in the same email she outlined the next steps. Maybe since you had called her she just gave you the details over the phone. I wouldn't worry about it! (I know easier said than done!) The only phone call that I got from her was when our offer was accepted and again I think it's because I had called her to submit our offer so she called me back. Everything else has been through email.

Congrats!!!!! I emailed her this morning as well but mine hasn't shown up yet Ugh I'm getting sooooooooooo nervous and jealous!!! Mine was sent 5/20!!

Two weeks and you haven't received documents to sign? That seems like a long time. My DH has a co-worker that bought GFV in April and she had her points as a new member in 30 days after passing ROFR. The whole process went really fast. Can it really take weeks just to get the documents to sign?

I believe so. Once you sign and close the deal it is recorded with the county a day or two later.
