Lularoe: Anyone else find that they don't fit into either size legging?

I had considered purchasing leggings from them for a while but was not sure which size I'd fall under... Well looks like NEITHER.
I had the opportunity to go to a party that had a bus and you could try everything on and purchase then or online.
I have a pretty big size range that I fall into lately with losing 50lbs in about 15 months.
Depending on the store and brand I can fit anything from an 8 to 14 and M to L.
So to average it out I'd say between 10 and 12.
I'm 5ft6in in height.
I tend to be a bit smaller on bottom than on top.
I chose to try on both leggings sizes to see which I preferred.
The size 2-12 was way too short in the leg, didn't cover my butt crack, and was tight.
The tall and curvy was way too long in the legs, the waist went up to my bust line, and the waist was too big.
When I said well looks like I'm somewhere in between the sizes she said "oh great that means you can buy either" and I said no actually it means I can buy neither because its not that both fit its that both do not fit. She looked at me like I was the first to ever experience that.
I feel like they need 3 sizes because I feel the smaller size should really be considered petite/short, then they should have a "regular" size and then the T/C. (like many stores have petite/short, "regular", and tall/long in pant length)
Just wondering if I'm the odd ball here or if there are more out there like me?

I just want to say your weight loss is amazing! Bet you look and feel great!

Thanks!
I saw a lot of people last weekend that had not seen me in some time while at my niece's grad party and while I don't want to seem like I'm "bragging" I was getting a lot of compliments. It was the confidence boost I've been needing because often I'll look in the mirror and although I am much smaller I am still the same shape which can be discouraging. I am also a much healthier person which makes me and my Dr happy.
I'm still looking to lose anywhere from 8-15ish pounds but I'm happy with my current weight as I have not seen that number on the scale since I graduated high school myself in 2004.

Thanks!

My god, ya'll are so young! Love it!

In my experience, it's one of those things that fits only a few people perfectly and most just sort of. I know some ladies who rave about it, but beyond the fact I don't care for the business model, I had the same problem. Wasn't impressed by the quality either.

Congrats on your weight loss!!

I found the leggings to be of ok quality but I have seen plenty in actual stores that feel just as buttery soft and seem to be better quality for the same price.
I think I'll have to try some of those on...
I did find the tops/dresses to be absolutely terrible quality though!
Most of them felt like scratchy polyester of the 70's and almost seemed like a costume instead of practical clothing.
Also I like patterned tops/dresses but most just seemed a bit over the top...

Actually, she probably said that, because she was probably pretty desperate for you to buy something, anything. I mean, could she really believe that two sizes will fit pretty much anyone? Of course not, because if that were so, no one else would carry but two sizes.

I didn't look at the link but I understand that its a pyramid scheme and of course she's desperate for people to buy. I'm no fool as to how these companies operate which is why I generally don't buy a dang thing from them but since people rave about their leggings I figured I'd try them on. They don't work for me so I'll be purchasing actual sizes from actual stores lol.

The OS leggings made in Vietnam are shorter and have a small butt. I'm an 8, and they don't fit me.

I find the ones made in China to be more generous, and they fit me well.

I'm not much of a leggings and big top wearer but was looking for some travel clothes. I went to a lularoe event just to see what it was all about. Oh my word, it just isn't for me.

I did get some yoga type pants and a cute silky top at target to travel in. Very comfortable and more my style.

I had the same experience with the leggings! The OS were way too short at the top and bottom. The TC had a ton of excess in the legs and went up to my boobs.
I also just wanted a solid color, and you would've thought I spoke Martian. The girl tried to convince me to take ill fitting leggings in the most ridiculous patterns ever- for $35 nonetheless. No thanks!

31 isn't actually young lol.
Although strangers always seem to think I'm no older than 18 which yes I'm glad I have a youthful appearance but geez maybe that's why I haven't gotten a man yet because they all think I'm a baby lol.

I'm not that much older than you actually, I graduated from high school, college and got my MBA at 21, so I'm always thrown by graduation dates even a bit more than I should be. People always think I'm younger now, never did up until a few years ago. I think it's simply because I've stayed slim, not because I'm somehow pretty all of a sudden.

You don't want the guys who are after you because they think you are baby:) Lol, and we all know those types. I went on a date not too long ago with a dude who was 48 - 11 years older, maybe 12 years older at that time - he lied on his profile and said I was at his "high end of his age range" - dude wasn't rich enough and certainly not good enough looking to have those standards. People?

But you keep doing you and being amazing!
