I honestly felt so relaxed when I was finished! I was at work at 6 am by myself and let out a loud cheer!

So I almost missed my FP day. I was off a day. I know how could that happen? Right?
I got what I wanted for the most part. I had purposely not booked any ADRs for lunch to give me more flexibility in choosing what I wanted.

I didn't want FOP but I noticed a lot of availability, especially in the evening hours, for the week I am there. I snagged my Navi River Journey time that I wanted. Even with waiting until like 10am EST to do it.

The bad thing is, I am rethinking which park to go to each day yet again. My mom suggested I put the planning aside for a week or two and then come back to it. I think she may be right. I am second and triple guessing a lot of my decisions.

I have already switched my arrival night stay from the Contemporary to All Star Sports, which gave me a sweet credit amount. I have changed so many ADR's around that it isn't even funny.

I have a trip to Chicago in two weeks so maybe I will just focus on that trip right now and when I get back, I will hopefully either decide what I have for my WDW trip is okay and not changed anything else. Or I will change more stuff. LOL.

I have never been this scattered with my WDW plans. I usually have someone to help me since I go with my sister and niece. This time is a solo trip...that may be why I am having such a hard time.

I've found that fp availability is still pretty good up to about 40-45 days out. But once you get near the 30 mark day, the availability tightens up.

I know the feeling! The hardest part of planning is to actually be done with it! I think that's good advice.

There are a few times that are a tiny bit off what I'd wanted, but nothing that makes or breaks anything, and although I might tweak later, I find it more likely that I just leave it all as is.

Then I did online check-in for us and my parents.

And now what? I need more planning!

Let's see... order BOG breakfast 30 days out...order DS' birthday cake three to four weeks out....what else?

I am making a solemn vow here and now to stop shifting my FPP and ADR's around 15 minutes in either direction only to try and switch it back the next day.

MiL and SiL haven't responded on color of magic bands so I picked for them. Been perusing the menues of Food&Wine a getting an attack plan (so much food and so little time and stomach capacity!).
Have a reservation for Sanaa on arrival day (love that place) but debating on changing to Boma or just do Disney Springs - although arrival day is a Saturday and I think DS would be busy...
Ordered stuff from Etsy for Halloween party (Haunted Mansion skirt and ears!).

Yay! We're going to Disney World next month!!!!!!!!!

So excited to be able to say that now!

I'm thinking we'll finally tell the kids (ages 6 and 4) about the trip this weekend. I can't keep it a secret any longer! This is our first trip, so I've made a booklet to give them which has the general itinerary (with photos) so we can explain what it's going to be like. I'll also hang up a countdown on the wall. Hoping this will avoid constant "when are we going?" questions for the next month!

I got magical extras Mickey mail and an email that my Magic bands have been shipped. They are brightening up my stinky day (horrible wasted work day of pointless meeting that sucked the life out of me and its 110 degrees here and I have been on hold with Comcast for almost an hour and a half now). If I wasn't already ridding high on the excitement of tangible Disney vacay goodness I would have gone to bed and given up on this day. I stead I say bring on the Disney...and wine

The October crew is getting their mickey mail and bands are shipping for some! I'm very excited for everyone and that rest of us have that excitement right around the corner. Dh is swamped at work until our trip and the kids are being surprised so I have to get all my giddiness out on the boards.

My magic bands shipped right at the 30 day mark-kind of the 29 day mark. They shipped on the 1st and I have a split stay with one night 9/30 at all star movies and the rest of my stay 10/1-10-7 at pop. So it was 30 days from my package and because of the 2 resorts we get 2 sets of magic bands.

I got my luggage tags July 14th but...Since July I changed resorts when a discount became available so they now have the wrong resort on them. I thought that when I updated my DME info they would send new ones but they havent so now I need to call.

Hello everyone...so as I've mentioned in the past in freaking out about AK fastpasses because I'm off property and only get 30 days access. My days to book are this week and I've been stalking the system checking the days before...it doesn't look good for FoP.

Can anyone who has earlier access check to see if FoP is available on October 8th?I'm just wondering if I should just succumb to the fact that I'm not getting it or if there's hope.
