I'm not clear from your post if you are looking for all of the dates selected or just want to know if there are any consecutive dates available in that date range. Screenshots attached to this post for any size rooms available in that range at SSR. All other resorts have only 1 night or no nights in that date range.

no availability for that many nights. 3 consecutive is the most on a one bedroom.

I was also looking from January 7-11th. Is there anything out there on the monorail for these dates?

monorail resorts have only 1 nights here and there for different sized rooms. SSR has some rooms of various size for 3 consecutive nights at most.
