Super Bowl Predictions?

Yeah, always some scalpers that take advantage of a limited commodity. I hope no one buys at that price.

Heck, even with a ticket, not guaranteed to get on a train.

All those going, safe, have fun, and pictures

So, again (sorry, dead horse) the player who supposedly reported a ball as underinflated claims he never said that, and who was never ever interviewed or questioned about the claim, combined with the scientific explanation for why a football would be properly inflated then deflate naturally, combined with each phone owned by anyone else on the planet can reasonably be expected to break and be discarded except Tom Brady's - makes you think he knew?

I'm not a criminal, but please don't ever sit on a jury of I'm on trial.
GrnMtnMan should be believed instead of D'Quell Jackson. So let me get this straight. You believe what the NFL says when they've been proven liars in rapes, assaults and concussions. But you poo poo what the actual player who intercepted the ball has to say. And you think I make the world a more interesting place.

I'm not posting anymore because we should agree to disagree. I take nothing away from the Eagles and congratulate them on their championship.

Let it go. You don't want to believe they cheated (which again, I think had nothing to do with the outcome of the game anyway) and this is all a crazy conspiracy theory, fantastic.

The thing I truly don't understand...is why did Brady smash his phone upon being questioned about deflategate? I don't understand why someone who was unequivocally innocent to any discrepancies whatsoever, as everyone on this thread says, would destroy his phone?

Why not? I have nothing to hide. I don’t care if anyone sees who I’ve texted or called. And if did have privacy concerns, I’d explain to the authorities what my concerns were, not destroy my phone.
But no point in picking apart Brady’s motivations. Obviously he’s never done anything morally suspect!

Did he smash it, and if he did was it intentional? Or did it break? Or did he hand it off to someone else to use once he got the new phone? That àside, the article I linked stated all records were available from his phone company, that the physical phone wasnt needed.

You're not the winningest Super Bowl quarterback in the competition's 52 years*. Or any public figure.

*simply and solely a statistic

If he has nothing to hide, it shouldn’t matter that he’s a “celebrity.” If someone accuses him of something and he’s innocent, why conceal evidence that helps bolster his innocence?

Funny that he claimed he destroyed all cell phones, yet was able to produce a non-destroyed cell from the pre-deflategate days...but again, obviously he has never done anything wrong! Not sure why there’s any defensiveness about the king of New England.

Btw, not sure why you’d ask me “would you?” in response to me talking about text and phone call logs being made public and then claim my view that I’d have no problem turning over my cell records is less than valid because you believe I’m “not a public figure.” You can’t have it both ways. I work in PR. I’ll always believe transparency is ALWAYS best, no matter who you think you are!

Remember all those Lance Armstrong fans that refused to believe any evidence against him?

We went to the parade today and it was absolutely amazing. An experience I’ll nrver forget. I’m sure this is the best day of my sons life.

We got up at 5 am and we’re at the train station at 7 am. We got great spot at Logan’s circle. Only two kids in front of us. Then we stood for 5 hours. Lol. Almost froze to death. But so worth it 67CFB0C8-665F-4B84-AA5A-60637C6C340A.jpeg390045E5-D4E7-4176-89F7-CF248A008EC0.jpeg95168DAF-2FAF-49CD-BE06-00B0FE7597FD.jpegB65DC49A-413E-4D65-92D3-B03E7B6004DA.jpeg

I’ll try to post a few pics.

That is SOOOOOOO awesome! I was trying to catch bits and pieces while I was in my training classes here in Dallas. I'm glad you made it and had a front row seat!

It really was amazing but exhausting. We had to walk the BFB home since the train station was completely mobbed. The line was stretching for blocks and wrapping around. Then we got stuck on the bridge since it was so full there was a traffic jam on the bridge. Luckily we made it 75% of the way through before we stopped. Some people couldn't even get on the bridge. I saw on the news it was jammed for hours. We barely ate and didn't drink the entire time because the potty situation was horrendous. We didn't go to the bathroom until we got closer to the bridge and went into a hotel and said we had a dining reservation or else they wouldn't have let us in.

It was insane but so much fun. I'm so glad we did it. My son smiled the entire time. I don't know if I would do it again in the next few years IF we won again. This made the Phillies parade in 08 look like a high school marching band parade.

Yeah, my kids waited over an hour to get on a train. They had fun though, and I enjoyed watching from a screen. Nice to see fans so appreciated.

Yes it was well worth it!

I saw the pic you posted on the other thread. I'm pretty sure I was right near your kids. I have the same pic from the same angle and I swear the guy in the pic was near us. I remember him because he would just break out in cheers now and then.

Great pics! I'll have to download mine and post too. It was a great day and great atmosphere. Can't wait for the next one!!!
