Amy Gillespie. I saw it and 3 others like it last Thursday morning on the web site. I submitted a full price offer right away before the Thursday afternoon bulletin went out. Went through contract signing and submission since then.

oops, jumped the gun. I was off the mark, sorry. We are anxious sellers because we need that $$ to pay for our pending resale purchase, lol. The are only about 10 days apart, yikes. We should have waited but saw a good contract and jumped.

Too bad it wasn't taken back then. As the seller, you get the check from DVD in just a couple of days when they exercise ROFR. Sucks for the buyer but oh well

We passed!!! This is our first resale contract and I think we got a great deal.

We are paying 2018 maintenance fee at closing and we are paying closing costs. I think us paying the maintenance fee at closing is what prevented them from taking it.
