**SPOILER ALERT**
I'm the worst.
I'm in for the Challenge.
Quick. Who wants to teach me about Star Wars?!?!
Depending on time, I recommend the following.
If you have lots of it, watch Star Wars (1977), The Empire Strikes Back (1980), and Return of the Jedi (1983) followed by The Force Awakens (2015), and The Last Jedi (2017). These are the best Star Wars movies. The first 3 I listed feature the worm guy, the guy trapped in a rock, and the dangerous and deadly teddy bears. The last 2 I listed take place approximately 30 years after Return of the Jedi.
If you're short on time, just watch The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi. These are Disney released Star Wars films and will feature heavily in the themeing of this particular race weekend. For instance, all the Dark Side medals come from these two films.
If you want to, you can watch Episodes I, II, and III and Rogue One, but these are not crucial to the story. Some people despise Episodes I, II, and III. I don't, but they're not as good as any of the other films in my opinion.
And for the record, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi have a lot of great lines that so apply to this race weekend.

You don't know the power of the Dark Side.
