Looking to book my first cruise. I don't get a ton of time off work and just want to try a cruise for first time.
Will I regret 4 nights?
Will I regret 4 nights?
We like 4 nights. Tack on a day early to arrive and sight see in the area. We are happy. No regrets for us.
We have done the 4 day cruise and the 3 day cruise. Personally, by far prefer the 3 day cruise because a 4 day cruise has a day at sea which we found uneventful as you are only on the ship an extra day. Also we saw no value of paying an additional cost for a day at sea.
We take the opposite point of view. We enjoy having the sea day. Plenty of things to do on the ship's and a good opoopportunto just chill and relax. To each his own.
So excited to see that your family will be seeing Alaska with Disney this summer and then doing Northern Europe in the future. They were both amazing cruises and experiences. Our first cruise was a 4 day and it was the perfect length. Long enough for us to fall in love with cruising, short enough so DW wasn't fretting beforehand about whether or not she'd have fun/get seasick/... (N.B. she loved it)
