Naples Pier and beach. Miss the place like crazy..spent many a summer hanging out here . Head out the front door, hang a left and to the pier . All credit to my folks who had the guts to take a chance on a small beach town in the 60's~One day I will make it back.

I literally have an ocean view from both my house & office windows. In my office I can watch both airplanes coming in & cruise ships leaving port.

So will go with ocean/beach

The City

Absolutely! We spent a bunch of time in LA just driving through neighbourhoods (DH and I are both residential architecture geeks) and OMG, some of the views from up in the Hollywood hills really stirred my imagination (smog notwithstanding)!

The farm I used to live on. The barn was almost perfectly framed in the window over the sink, I could look out at it while doing dishes. The sun setting behind the barn was one of my favorite things.

Thank you for that. You just evoked very precious memories of my DMom standing at our kitchen sink lovingly surveying her little "kingdom".

Ocean would be first choice. Realistic choice that I hope to find when we move-forest. We backed to a forest when we were first married and living in a TH. I loved all of the green and the view on the 2nd floor was just so calming.

I choose a view of London with Big Ben, Parliament Buildings and a red double decker bus going by, with all those winding cobblestone streets below me. I would digitally remove the London Eye though lol.

Our terrace and windows look out on a hillside dotted with vineyards (with stands of trees in between). We literally sit and watch the wine grow. Off to the far left, and framed from my bedroom window is a large castle and to the right are two smaller castles---all 3 are it at night and so pretty.
I am not sure there is anything I'd want to trade for.
