The bonus never shows up as "pending" under your shop and earn. It just appears in your total at some point after you get the email, usually later the same day for me.

I know never shows in pending, but I get the 500 bonus 2 days after purchase and this time didn’t

The 500 bonus doesn’t show as pending ever, you just receive it, usually a few days after purchase (never on a weekend tho). Check your receipt for the words “Swagbucks $0 affiliate”. Under the transaction info. If you see that you should get your 500 soon, but if it’s missing you won’t get it.

Hmm since I usually do on the weekend I usually get Monday or Tuesday., but Mondy shopping g usually showed the 500 on the thu when I first started doing this deal. Idk, just as I get used to when they’ll show up it changes. But, I know some have occasionally waited up to a week to get it in the past. Hopefully yours will show up later today. I think if you have those words on the receipt youll definitely still get the sb

It’s the new canned response. I got it for a survey that didn’t credit . I had all the proof needed, they just aren’t fixing these mistakes anymore. So frustrating.

Oh great, I just submitted a ticket for the Gillette offer that I completed in June. It was 3500 SB at the time and the offer is still live so I’ll be majorly ticked if that happens!

It's rare when my bonus credits only 2 days after purchase. But it allmost always get credited the same day that I get my shop and earn email.

Today, I got my Shop and Earn e-mail from Swagbucks and my shop credit is showing as pending....for 100 SB. I bought $550 in gift cards on a single transaction so it should have been 1100 SB, but I suspect that the variable-load cards are excluded. I'm certainly not going to fill out a ticket for this because it clearly states that gift cards are excluded. I don't know this for a fact, but it would appear that I did get the proper credit for the single, $50 card that I bought, but nothing for either of the other (2) variable-load cards.

I have bought variable load cards when using my best buy rewards. I received both the bonus and the points per dollar. Was this all in one transaction? Sorry its just a bit confusing with the way you were paying. Did you receive one receipt or two? If it is on the same receipt then you should be getting 2 sb per dollar on your total, but like you said can't really do much about it with out raising more red flags.

It's rare when my bonus credits only 2 days after purchase. But it allmost always get credited the same day that I get my shop and earn email.

Generally, the only time mine takes more than two days is when I make a purchase on a Friday. Otherwise, 95% of the time I'm on a two-day schedule.

Should the Gillette offer show as pending? I signed up, was charged, and have received my razors in the mail. But I have not been credited and nothing is showing up pended in my ledger. Its been about a week.

I referred my husband to Swagbucks today. Or I tried. I don't think I ever signed him up before and he has no record of any emails from Swagbucks until the referral from me today.

So on his phone, he clicked the link to sign up through my referral and it took him to the site. Then he got another email with a link to verify. He clicked that, it took him to Swagbucks, had him create a password. All fine up until this point. Then it took him to sign in to his account. Entered his email and newly created password, and it says his account has been deactivated. What?

So I tried using a different email and the same exact thing happened. Is there some sort of glitch or should I be worried that my account is next up for deactivation? He never even got to enter his name or any other info. I have never used my Swagbucks account on his phone. So I'm confused and worried.

Anybody had anything like this happen? Should I contact Swagbucks help? I mean have him contact Swagbucks help?

I didnt see anyone answer your question. From what I understand Swagbicks tracks IP addresses in case the same person with a different email has multipule accounts. I know others have a spouse in the same home which have accounts but I've read their spouse uses the site incognito mode.

It was all done on one transaction. I was just paying with two forms of payment. I only received one receipt. I should have received 1100 SB for the entire $550 purchase, which is what it shows as my total amount. I was only credited for a $50 purchase (100 SB) which was the amount of the single, $50 gift card. I *have* purchased variable-load cards in the past (before the 500 SB bonus deal) so I know it should work, in theory. Oh well...maybe it was a fluke...maybe something is changing. I don't know....just odd.

Mine showed pending minutes after signing up. I haven’t gotten my razors yet but did get the shipped notice.

On another note, my Kidbox purchase hasn’t shown up as pending even though the shop visit shows up in my shop activity. I made a note to submit a ticket on the 32nd day after I made the purchase.

Grr. I did the child fund international back at the end of May when it was 7500 Sb. Never showed pending and hasn’t credited. I get an email from Swagbucks back on 7/12 apologizing for the delay, and still don’t get. So yesterday I finally do a ticket, including pics of my registration AND a copy of the email Sb sent me. Today, I get a bs email about them being sorry for the inconvenience and they honored tickets in the past but since they don’t get credit from vendors on tickets, even with proof of my activity, they can’t credit me?!

I had the same thing happen with boxed, it's so frustrating. I now think twice before doing a deal.

I have stopped submitting tickets for surveys after my last one that was flatly denied. I very rarely shop or take advantage of offers, but I had some SB pending for a hotel stay that I booked through them, and suddenly that has gone to 0. I did send a ticket on that, but not expecting any points from it.

Only difference is they are 2 different companies. My Kidbox points haven’t shown up yet but my Kidpix went pending almost instantly.

Did both. Kidpik posted right away and is pending. Nothing from Kidbox. Kind of frustrating. Will post a ticket soon

My kidpix also showed up pending instantly . After reading some of the comments. I think i can answer my own question. One pp said that they received a Jessica Simpson item with Kid Box.

MY kid pix only had kid pix brand items no other name brand. Maybe Kid Pix is their own stuff while Kid box is more designer stuff ( not that i would really consider Jessica Simpson designer)
