Disney Gift Card Deals

This may have been answered 100 times in this thread. But in the last few pages I didn’t see it. Sorry if it’s a repeat! I was planning to purchase Disney cards from sams... but online it says 5 (150) or 2 (500) max per member. Is this per order or online online? I’ll be renewing my membership to buy them so if that’s the limit period it’s now worth renewing.

It is per order, but I have successfully placed 2 orders back to back.

I am in the SF bay area and i do not think i have ever seen a Kroger here. I guess ill check Safeway
Maybe you have one of their family stores? I remember going to Ralphs in LA

Groupon currently has a deal on a Sam's Membership that I'm considering. How much are the $500 gift cards there? The site won't show me a price without a membership #. I was hoping to get the membership through Groupon, using my Chase Rewards shopping portal, then buy the Disney card at Sams using my Discover.
Thanks!

The only one of those stores around here is either Foodsco I think but the closest is about 35 miles. And Foodsco is not a store I am willing to travel to. I wil check their online.

Thank you for mentioning this. I have used the Groupon twice before and since my membership has expired I've been waiting for it to pop back up. I believe you are allowed to do it if you haven't been a member for 6 months. IIRC correctly, the $500 giftcard is $484. I believe it's a better deal to do the $150 bundle.

My walgreens sells variable load Disney cards that you can put as little as $10 on. This might be an easier way to go. Mine also had Toy Story, Mickey and Princess cards but make sure and read how much you can load because they don't all have the same minimum.

Just an idea - if it doesnt bother you that the strip would be off the back (depending on age of kids they might not even know the difference), couldn’t you put your own amount on an empty gc using the Disney gc site? Assuming you have some from buying them for your trip. Never tried it so not sure how that works if you delete the card off their site after loading it with money.

ETA - Just realized I don’t know if you can choose an amount to transfer. The small amounts I have previously transferred were all that was left on the card.

It won't let you choose the amount :(

I have about $250 in PayPal from various things that I need to use to grab some GC. What is the best deal right now? CF/dosh/sams in store, CF/RMN/sams online, bestbuy/swagbucks/CF?

I got a Dosh email that Walmart had been added at a 6% cash back for in store purchases. I was happy about that and made sure to pay with my linked cc today. After several hours passed a nothing showed up in my account, I looked closer at the announcement. ONLY participating Walmart’s are offering the 6% and wouldn’t you know the one I purchase from is not one of the participating locations. Bummer!

So I just got the Sam’s club membership through Groupon and went through SB to earn 8 points per dollar. Then I went through RMN TO get $5 off an online order and bought 4/$150 packs for $571. I used $37 in gc and paid for the rest using my chase for 5% back that was also linked to DOSH for 5% back. The DOSH money was in my account immediately. I’m not even sure how much I saved, because I don’t know how to calculate SB, but if it all goes through I think I did pretty well! Thank you all you wonderful disers for all the tips!:cool1:

How long does it take the RMN online cash back to show as pending? I think I remember reading that is may not be until the item ships. Is that right?

I did the Sam’s Club deal yesterday and no notification from RMN yet. Normal right?

I want to do more but want to make sure I get credit first.

Ugh I only got 15% instead of 40% from WF lol. 15 is still better than 0. I’ll wait to see if Dosh goes higher for CVS to stack with WF offer or wait on new offers from RMN.

Does Joanns have a gift card mall?
