Those using swagbucks ???

Question. I am going in to buy a $450 Computer today at Best Buy. Swagbucks has 1500 Swagbucks + 2%. So about $25. RMN shows on their app $40 on $500 plus orders. (would probably add a Gift card to make $500). but on their website is says for Ad items. Will it work on anything or just the Ad Items. Thinking RMN would be the way to go on this one??

So I sent in a ticket a while ago for an Expedia stay 2 months ago, and they said no points because they couldn’t verify the stay, even with my confirmation. Then an email randomly showed up a few weeks ago asking if I still wanted points, I said sure but I was told no already. Then they randomly showed up today, over 3500 points! Odd.

So I just got the email saying Walmart Pay is the only way to use Savings Catcher from now on. Which means no paper receipts being issued if we do use it. Is there a way to use digital receipts for SB offers and other apps like Ibotta? Or are we going to have to choose one or the other?

Technically 12:00am on 12/30 is midnight tonight. As soon as it hits 12:00am it is the next day, so I'd plan on it ending tonight so you don't miss out.

Yep, that was what I meant! I'm pretty sure that when the clock strikes midnight, it expires! I just submitted my board :-)

You can email it to yourself and print it off, that is what I have been doing!

Thanks for the info regarding the fee to combine tokens. That would have caught me off guard and now I have to rethink my strategy. I think, in the overall picture, I will come out ahead by simply letting go of the SwagUps. Here's my reasoning...

I can cash out 2175 SB (which is what it has been for the last 2 months, 2200 SB at the most) for a $25 gift card on Nov 1 for my "once-a-month" discounted card. I can repeat the process on Dec 1 to bring my total to $50 at a cost of 4350 SB. If I opted to use the Virtual Visas with the SwagUps (purchased individually) to acquire (5) $10 Virtual Visas, I would spend 990 SB on each (4950 SB) and receive 250 SB back for a net cost of 4700 SB.

So...at this point, I don't see any reason to use up my SB to buy the discounted Virtual Visas when I can save myself 300-350 SB by using my SB to redeem for the monthly discounted gift cards.

Am I missing something??
And it’s easier to use the $25 for Disney...makes sense, looks like in your situation it wouldn’t make sense to do the rebate. The only thing I think you didn’t calculate is the small discount on the $10 virtual visas (if it’s still happening), but even then it’s still a better deal to not use the swag ups.

"No, I have too many points, points are so passé now..."
What an odd thing to ask? Who would really say no? I guess they had to ask something to re-up the ticket or something before depositing the points. Glad you got them finally!

Can't you pay $0.01 cash then use walmart pay for the rest to get a paper receipt? I thought any time you paid part in cash you got a receipt.

Never thought of this!
Don’t know if that would work unless using a gc via Walmart pay. You scan a barcode and the order goes through. If you go back into the app at “traditional” receipt can be viewed in upper right corner. Just screenshot that and submit or print out to scan barcode

About Walmart Pay, I’ve also printed out my own receipt before and it worked, but it’s a hassle. Wish there was a way to do it all electronically.

My Walmart pay is associated with a credit card. So if I scan the qr code, it will charge my credit card. If I pay a penny then scan the qr code, I should get a paper receipt and be able to submit to savings catcher.
