It isn't showing up for me but I think the only 4.5* we have seen for disney hotels are AKL-J and GF. Did you try hotel canary? How many reviews and whats the guest rating?

ETA: my guess would be AKL-J since GF is showing over $500/night for me. AKL-J is in the $400s.

ETAA: wait I found it. Yes, AKL-J I believe, and hotel canary think so too. No reviews or guest rating which matches AKL-J.

Keeping an eye on March 29-31. As of now there's nothing, but Disney seems to have a ton of availability that weekend so I'd imagine stuff will pop up in the next few weeks.

I found excellent flights out there, leaving Friday night coming back Sunday night, for $128 round trip, so figured I'd take advantage. Don't even have to take any vacation for it.

About 2 weeks ago I booked an express deal for Jambo house - AK villas. It took forever to link and is now listed in MDE as Kidani village. Disney wholesale was surprised I had this at all and said they can't change anything, it's up to Priceline. I've spent hours between chat and phone (mostly on hold) with Priceline. They always say they will call me back and never do.

Has anyone else experienced a Jambo reservation with Priceline showing as Kidani in MDE? Did you get it changed?

Hey y'all! We just checked into riverside and were able to upgrade our garden view room to a royal room for only $33/night!! The CM goes "what's an extra $66 when you've already spent hundreds per night" LMAO joke is on you lady!! Priceline gave me this room for $130/night thanks for all the help, couldn't have pulled it off without y'all!!

Awesome, thanks! I've received the dreaded Not Available screen on this deal a number of times lately, so I'll have to try signing in first to see if that helps me, too. Congrats on the deal!

I tried through the app on my phone and it let me go through to booking, so logging in definitely works! AK Jambo is available sept 16-23 for $177. We have decided to book something else, so hopefully someone can snag this deal!

Hello. I also have AKL-J, but Aug 25 to Sept 2. Same great deal with 10% off. Is your confirmation in MDE Jambo or Kidani? Priceline says I have Jambo and MDE is showing Kidani standard view studio. I'm happy with the price but eager to get into Jambo house. Any advice or experience with this reservation?

oooh, i didn't realize you'd be able to upgrade a priceline deal! I got a priceline express deal for all star music standard view, and would love to upgrade it to a preferred view...can you still ask about an upgrade if you do online checkin?

You seem confused. You can't book an express deal for a specific resort.
PL states:
Express Deals are an exclusive collection of hotels offering the biggest discounts. In exchange for these low prices, we agree to reveal the hotel name only after you book.

You obviously have a VERY strong preference for Jambo. You should not have used PL Express. I suspect most, probably all but you,are very happy getting either. There really isn't any reason for PL to get back to you. I'd leave it alone. Would you be happy if PL sent you an email stating they made a one time exception and refunded your money? suggesting you refrain from using PL Express in the future.

You're missing the point of PL Express. Low rate in exchange for not knowing in advance the actual hotel. A customer who isn't willing to even accept sister resorts has no business using an opaque booking site.

Fortunately, I am not confused in any way.

I researched and received exactly what I wanted from PL, a reservation at Jambo House. To repeat for others who found my post confusing, my PL reservation is Jambo. Disney messed up and put me in Kidani.

PL is like a giant travel agent working on the traveler's behalf with Disney. If PL does not put the reservation in properly with Disney, it is up to PL to fix it since we as individuals can't manage the reservation. After hours of work with PL, last night one of their people was able to get Disney wholesale to honor the reservation as is. I am now confirmed in MDE and my reservation with PL matches what I'm seeing in MDE. No confusion there, just getting confirmation from the partner hotel.
