I do too. And I keep going to the pet store to hold puppies but I'm just not ready yet. These pictures of all your dogs are just making my night. I have a mouse on my patio I named Gus Gus. He still lives, because I protect him from he who traps mice in our home. .

@disneybirds I haven't figured out yet how to make the photo appear larger in the Reply box. But there is an upload button next to the Post Reply button, if you can find a picture on your computer. I'd love to see your Havanese. I'm so happy seeing all these Havanese families on the Dis!

As I recall after you do the Upload thing, but before you Post, there should bet two small icons at the bottom. Choose the Full Size one, rather than the Thumbnail. I normally degrade my photo size either by cropping or reducing resolution in Paint. If you don't see the two image choices, maybe there is a size limit here?

well DD surgery went well today. She's a strong girl. surgeon said he's had so many kids come in and have to go home and try another day. they had a girl older than her coming in after and it was her 3rd time trying. I'm hoping for a fast recovery and the pain subsides quickly.

Ah what a big girl!! My dd16 had to have surgery when she was 6yo. She was terrified and still starts to cry if we bring it up. It was pretty traumatic even though she came through it great.

I know I’d rather have 90s than 30s but I hate cold weather. I grew up close to the Gulf coast in Texas. Heat and humidity don’t really faze me. We’ve been getting a lot of rain too, which is normal for us in May, but it cold and rainy so not liking that!

I grew up with the heat and humidity in Georgia, but it's been 13 years since I've lived there. It will take my body some time to get used to it, but I bet I'll like it pretty soon after moving. I think going to Japan will actually help since it should be humid and hot there on our trip.

OMG YES!! I watched the releases on Instagram today and it looks amazing. I can't wait to go. I'm hoping we can go sometime in July or August.

My brother was just came to visit who lives in Clermont and was saying he runs his A/C basically year-round except for maybe a month or two in the “winter.”

Yeah I'm pretty sure we'll just switch running heat most of the time to A/C. I'd like to think we could turn the A/C off for more than one month, but I guess we'll see.

My corp email didn't work even though I do work for a Fortune 500 company. I was able to find the link to do a status challenge based on AA status. We currently have Plat AA status also due to meeting a status challenge. That gave us the Explorist for 3 months and I followed the great directions you posted. At first it says the Explorist is good through 2019 but when I logged out and back in it showed good through Feb. 2021.

I don't even know what Explorist gets me now that I'm thinking about it... hahaha. But I imagine it would be nice to have for Japan next year.

That's exactly what I had in mind. We are going to Japan this fall and staying at the Park Hyatt Tokyo. Hopefully it gets us some sort of extra pixie dust

Chat #2 - I'm sorry sir, there is no welcome offer attached to your account.
Call #2 - Yes I see the welcome offer, and can see you have met the required spend. I don't know why the miles have not posted and unfortunately, we cannot create a case to look into this as we have until your June statement to award them to your account.

This is just crazy...these are things that I’ve NEVER seen posted about Chase. That 5/24 rule stinks but at least with Chase, if you get approved you get the bonus. AMEX is just nuts sometimes. I’m just dumbfounded at these stories!!

We had booked very early, on an empty plane, and bought premium coach seats in row 7 (with our GCs). But they moved us to rows 39, 41, and 42 (yes, 3 people in 3 rows) and gave our seats to other people they liked better. They said they will refund the premium part of the charge (um, yeah, don't they have to?) but that the seat is not a guarantee.

If my DH put in his work email and it didn't work, does that mean we can't get this? I'd love globalist status, so asked him to follow the instructions, but it doesn't seem to be working. I am of differing opinion on weather than most on the board. I don't want snow in May but we are supposed to be close to 90 this week in Ohio. I hate that it goes straight to summer. I like spring. I would love it to be in the 70s for much, much longer than it is. I really don't like 4 months of 80s/90s and humidity. I could never move to Florida. I would end up staying inside all day, every day to avoid the heat and humidity .

I’m pretty much the same. I’m always cold in winter but can put on more clothes to get warm. 85 is too hot, especially if humid. Mid 70s is great and this year we’ve had none. Snow storms in April, lots of rain. Over the weekend it was 80s, today 55. Ugh.

I’m amazed you notice this. I vaguely know what LP looks like but looked at a VV website for 2 seconds and wouldn’t notice either on the street. I do notice Hunter (or maybe off brand lol) boots and Uggs because I’m always amazed they are fashion statements. Rain boots are (were?) a big thing here. Women wearing them with pants, skirts or shorts. Interestingly, very rainy this year and I haven’t noticed them as much. Must be out now. I am so far removed from fashionable I have no idea.

I am so lost on this whole conversation... I'm not looking for anybody to explain it to me, all I know is it seems Target(??) was carrying something new and it got a lot of people excited for various reasons... I'm not sure if it's clothes, or purses, or home goods... Based on the name I thought it was wine initially so I completely tuned out on it... Carry on though, as long as it makes you guys happy lol!
