Okay, everybody. I'm going for 4 days , leaving two weeks from today and I'm splurging on this one! So, I am Club Level Poly, we are booked for the Ultimate Day of Thrills, and I have the ROL dinner package at Tiffins. I want to spend a bunch of cash on ONE MORE THING...looking for your suggestions!

Remember: this is about splurging.

Victoria and Alberts, Wild Africa Trek, or maybe a desert party.

I would say pay the 50 for 6 FPs since you’re at club level but you’re already two weeks out.

I've been refreshing the Frozen Dessert party everyday hoping someone backs out and I can get in! And you're right- too late on the extra FPs.

See if there is a private fireworks cruise available from the Contemporary! They're amazing!! You're own boat with a skipper...you can have it catered and a trip around Bay Lake for an hour or so...then you anchor in front of Magic Kingdom for the fireworks. One of the best things I've ever done in Disney!!!

VIP Tour Guide ... aka a Plaid. Then you don't have to worry about the FPs, getting good seating at an evening show, etc.

I hear you! But I've already got the Day of Thrills which is like VIP but with a small group (around 10 maybe) instead of one on one.

Day of Thrills is fun, but it really isn't the same as having a Plaid (but most definitely cheaper). I looked over the list of rides on DoT and they are at least seven rides and one park short (no AK) of what we have done with a VIP guide.

The fireworks cruises others mentioned is also a fun option.

How is the view from there? Can you still see the castle projections or is it more about the fireworks? I love watching the fireworks from across the water... so this sounds like a great experience!

That's a great idea! I'm going to look into it!

I hear you...let's say i can do anything within the bounds of my wife fearing the mortgage won't get paid.

It's more about the fireworks...you can see a bit of the castle though. They do pipe in the music to the boat. I could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is! Our skipper was so much fun, and they give you a detailed tour of everything on the lake and history. We had it catered with a bottle of champagne and a cheese and cracker tray. It was so relaxing and so very memorable!

It is more about the fireworks. You can see the projections at the very top of the castle, but barely. You aren't anchored, your captain continuously maneuvers to keep you in the same spot, along with the other boats.

After hours is a definite splurge-MNSSHP starts in a couple of weeks, dessert party and Cruella's Hideaway are add on's for that and they get into what i consider splurge territory.

Ultimate splurge would be the plaids for sure.

The FerryTale Fireworks and Dessert Cruise looks good and not quite as expensive as the small boat cruises. The desserts look great. I was going to do this but a BoG dinner came up so booked that instead for about the same price per person

Private fireworks cruises are less than $300 for up to 10 people. It includes drinks and snacks.
