Shop, attraction or food service?

it was soo busy in there that we could not look at all the trees very long lol especially with a stroller and we meet up with another couple we know who have two younger kids too so we has two strollers trying to get throw the crowd

I went to DS on Sat. night. The boat ride there from our resort was nice but DS was SO packed!!! We had a hard time finding ANYthing to eat. All the sit down restaurants needed a reservation and the lines for the quick service places were a mile long. Had to wait in line for a couple of boats before we got on one back to the resort.

It WAS pretty crowded at night; we went back a few days later during the daytime and it was much better....a lot easier to take pictures. They really had some nice trees. :tink:

I remember from years past, Saturday nights are CRAZY crowded! On Sunday we just walked right into Wolfgang Puck Express and only about 3-4 people in front of us with 2 registers open. Had some of the BEST soup for dinner that night.

We ate around 6 then did some shopping. It was crowded that night but I've seen it worse. Left around 9:30, waited 5 minutes for the bus; it was full but everyone was seated. Just for the fun of it, we checked at T-Rex and the wait was over an hour; we'd eaten at Wolfgang Puck Express the year before and it was SO good so we headed in that direction. :tink:

Nice retirement party son-in-law and his brothers surprised their Mom with this evening. They held it at a beautiful ranch home of one of his customers...and the kiddos even got to swim!

Redstorm and her cousin spent the evening listening to the last football game of the season. Hated that, as seniors, they both missed it...Redstorm running the flags and her cousin in the band but it was a very good game. A lot closer than we expected and the Brahmas almost pulled off an upset! Now it's on to soccer and tennis for them...

I'll take your weather, we're supposed to get a big snowstorm Sunday into Monday 12-18 inches. :crazy2: Hopefully that changes, I'm not ready for snow yet.

Earlier this evening, David told me "Diane is suppose to get a LOT of snow this weekend"! He talked to his sister in the Denver area Wednesday and they had 18"; I think that's the same system headed your way! At least "severe thunderstorms" has been taken out of our forecast but still have 60% chance of rain tomorrow. :headache: Sure messes up my outdoor plans! :tink:

Nice house and pool. It's too bad they had to miss the last game but looks like a fun party.

She kept saying she'd rather be at Grandma Jane's party but she looked so sad when the Brahmas fell behind by 10 points...

...I think she thought the season would continue and this WOULDN'T be the last game. Last week they beat the #7 ranked team by 54-35 and she was exhausted after running the flags after every touchdown; I think she thought they'd be able to do the same thing this week. They were only behind by 7 at halftime and got the ball to begin the 3rd quarter. They failed to make the 1st down on the first possession when they went for it on 4th down...that was the "beginning of the end". But she IS ready for soccer season :stitch2: The house was gorgeous...very rustic "weekend home" 🙄 !:tink:
