Could you also buy 150 Points and use 130 for a fixed week and the other 20 as sleep around points or would that require 2 separate contracts? (130 + 50 in this case, I guess, as 50 is the minimum)
You can break up the contracts if you want. They don't have to be in one contract but bought at the same time. My guide actually recommended doing this(our 170 point CCV is one 100 point contract and 1 70 point contract) if we ever wanted to sell off part of it down the line this is the only way to do it. We still got the discount on the total of 170 points even though it was 100+70 at CCV.Could you also buy 150 Points and use 130 for a fixed week and the other 20 as sleep around points or would that require 2 separate contracts? Yep exactly. I think it was only like $250 more in closing costs.a fixed week deed must have exactly the fixed deed points, no more or less, so if you want to vary from that amount it would have the be a separate contract; as @ChipNdale8887 pointed out, that is easy to do though and the closing cost increase isn't significant, a few hundred USD
Do you know what 250-299 is?I was able to do an online chat with a guide today. I asked about pricing for new members for AKL and SSR. The pricing was the same as OKW reported on the first page. Nothing off under 150 points, $5 off 150-199, $8 off 200-249, $10 off 300-499, $15 off 500-900
They should. A lot of times people buy say 200 points and split it into 2 100 point contracts to hand them down too 2 kids. It doesn't affect any discounts at all. They still look at it as your buying 200 points as long as its at the same time. I wish people did this more often because if you buy 300 points its harder to sell and it also can't be split down the road at all. Thanks for the quick help, @ChipNdale8887 and @i<3riviera ! I will ask if they allow 130 (fixed week) plus 25 on a seperate contract
Emailed our guide on Monday but haven't heard back yetAnybody ever ask if you can now do 25 points direct at Riveria instead of the old 50 limit?
I don't think all guides are back yet. Have you tried chat on the DVC site? It took me checking 5 or 6 times throughout the day to get a chat agent.Emailed our guide on Monday but haven't heard back yet
