This is more a chart than a blueprint but it's not from Epcot. :tink:

MK or HS?

How's your lip? Texas was in the news tonight. Are masks mandatory there now? They are here but I went to town today and only 1 out of 5 places I went were requiring masks. 1 out of 5 places the employees did not have masks on! :furious: And our numbers went up again today. I do not want to get sick before I fly back east in 2 weeks!

Well...it's official...June 2-9, 2021...50th ANNIVERSARY...Bay Lake Towers. Now...who wants to guess how many times those details are going to CHANGE! :rotfl: 😂:rotfl2:😅:lmao:
But we're "in" the DVC reservation system and we can change later if WL villas are still available. We're booked in a 2 bedroom facing the lake and Amanda and Bryan are in a Studio facing the MK. Diane...sure wish you could move your "hopeful" trip up to the beginning of June!

party: I would love to go at that time. I would be there for my birthday. 🎈I can't take vacation at that time because of school. We're not supposed to take vacations during school, plus we drive so I would need two weeks off. You'll have to take another trip in July of 2022.::yes::

:goodvibes I might be able to arrange that. :goodvibes We had a family discussion last night; it's entirely possible the mask policy will still be in effect :headache: and Amanda really has a problem wearing masks. She "panics" when she can't breathe. We discussed doing something else but I've had my heart set on Disney for our 50th for YEARS. We'll just have to keep trying different masks until we find one she's comfortable in. I'm hoping all this crap is behind us by then but it is what it is so we'll deal with it. A lot can happen in 11 months. I just may have to do a solo trip in July '22. ☺:tink:

Picked up the phone a couple of times today to call the dentist again and kept telling myself to "give it time". It really hurt today and was puffy again when I woke up. Thank goodness I waited; during dinner this evening a huge fever blister popped up but about an hour ago I felt the "pressure released". Pain was gone and I could almost see the swelling go down. :cool1: I'm wondering if this wasn't an allergic reaction to some new medication my doctor prescribed a couple weeks ago so I'm going to message her Monday and see what she thinks. With our "mini-vacation" next week I was a little concerned I'd have to spend time in a doctors office before we left!

Yes, it is now mandatory (complete with fines) to wear masks in public. Gov. Abbott gave everyone a chance to "do the right thing" and most didn't so he stepped up and announced this afternoon he was making it mandatory. A LOT of people are upset and they're saying they refuse to wear one....including our son-in-law :headache: AND Amanda has a really hard time dealing with them. She could probably get the doctors "exemption" from having to wear one but she'll have to comply over the weekend since Clinic is closed tomorrow for 4th of July weekend. I went to the local feed store today for dog food and all employees wore them but only about half of the customers. I just avoided those people as best I could. All numbers are up and I'm beginning to question not just the test but the reporting. There have been a couple of reports on false positives, reporting of a positive when a lady just registered but hadn't received the test yet, death reports naming Covid as cause of death and the patient died from cancer, etc. Just keep yourself isolated and you should be good to go in a couple of weeks. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the dance teams stay well for next week; word today was 2 Dad's of dancers have had to be tested. :headache: It's going to be a long summer. :tink:
